Rachel is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Unit. She has considerable experience in personal injury litigation and health and safety disputes. Rachel advises a wide range of insurance clients from motor vehicle insurers and public liability insurers to self-insureds and the public sector on the conduct and settlement of reparation actions. She has particular experience in high value industrial disease litigation, claims relating to paraplegia injury and in litigation arising out of fatalities at work.
