One of the Partners in our Corporate Unit, Stewart has a broad range of corporate and commercial experience and advises companies and individuals in relation to various corporate transactions, many involving cross border elements, and including acquisitions and disposals, mergers, re-organisations, corporate finance, investments and start-ups. His recent experience includes preparing and drafting joint venture agreements; advising on equity investments and shareholder issues and drafting and/or advising on a range of commercial contracts including agency, distribution, supply, service and franchise agreements. Stewart is also a regular speaker at external events on topics which include Joint Venture collaboration and strategic partnerships.
