Richard regularly advises public and private sector clients on a wide range of construction and engineering projects, advising on compliance with public procurement requirements. He drafts and negotiates development agreements for both public and private sector clients. Richard has broad experience in a wide range of standard form contracts, drafting and negotiating schedules of amendments to standard form building contracts. He is involved in the preparation and negotiation of appointment documents for members of the professional team and in negotiating terms of collateral warranty agreements.
