McClure Naismith is able to offer a comprehensive international legal service to clients with overseas interests through our membership of the World Law Group and The International Bar Association

The firm works closely with its WLG member contacts throughout the world to ensure a seamless and cost effective service for our international clients.  The WLG is a network of independent law firms with 48 member firms located throughout 37 countries in most of the world’s major commercial cities.

We participate actively in the semi-annual meetings of the WLG and many of its practice groups which enables us to build strong and lasting working relationships within our network of member firms.

In addition, McClure Naismith are active members of the International Bar Association – the world’s biggest network of international law firms.  Many of our Partners are fully involved in a number of IBA working groups and committees – allowing them to be involved and fully briefed on emerging and changing aspects of international law across many practice areas.  This added international perspective to our lawyers’ expertise and knowledge is in turn of great benefit to our clients.
