Our IP/IT team is also fully versed and experienced in the fast evolving IP area of Ecommerce and related IT. The team has provided legal advice in relation to a broad range of Ecommerce and other industry specific software applications to a variety of IT and internet based businesses on a very diverse range of matters. These include website development, online selling, privacy policies, terms and conditions, distance selling, compliance issues, encryption, clickwrap, the regulation of investigatory powers, interception and data protection.
